Where to look for clues when your computer is giving you problems?
In the Event Logs of course.
To open Event Viewer, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Performance and Maintenance, then click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.
2. click Event Viewer.
In the System logs look for red circle errors. Write down the event ID number for the first 10.
Email me the Event ID numbers for the errors and I will look for a solution.
